Getting Started With The
Hallelujah Diet
Information
about the Hallelujah Diet Starter Pack!
If you are considering going on the
Hallelujah Diet, you might be wondering how much it will cost and where to
get started. This section is designed to help you get started with a
minimum of effort.
Main components of the Hallelujah Diet
- Water (distilled)
- Raw fruits and vegetables
- Carrot juice
- BarleyMax and Fiber Cleanse
Keep in mind that you likely will not be
able to change your diet in lifestyle overnight. However, if you can
start moving in the right direction, you will thank yourself some
day! For starters, try cutting meat out of your lunch, or starting
taking some Barley Max. If you continue to make changes, you will
get to the point where you are completely converted to the diet.
If you are not happy with the water in your
home, you might want to purchase a distiller.
Raw fruits and vegetables can be purchased at a local store or farmers
market. Do not be discouraged if you cannot afford completely
organic vegetables and fruits. For carrot juice, you will need a juicer.
If you are not able to afford an expensive juicer, buy a cheap one!
Do not give up if you backslide. Just
get back on the horse and keep working toward improving your overall
diet. Again, it is enormously difficult to change your lifestyle and
diet in such a dramatic fashion overnight.
You might ask how much it might cost you in
your grocery bill when converting to the Hallelujah
Diet. After all, when was the last time you saw a coupon
for romaine lettuce? There is no question that healthy eating can be
expensive in the short-term, but in the long run, you will save money in
doctor's bills. You will not like eat as much when you are on the
Hallelujah Diet, but the food you do eat will normally cost more, even
though it is unprocessed.
